I don’t have to tell you about the craziness that’s been going on in the world. If you turn on the TV, social media, or even make a trip to the grocery store you know. I pray all is well with everyone. That you are a taking the time to calm yourself and are staying at home. This time of social distancing is a great time to do some self care, what ever that my look like for you. For me my job has stopped all work for two weeks.
